Quality Policy

There is a totally transparent system of salary disbursement through Zero Balance salary accounts. All payroll figures can be audited by the Clients at will.

All new recruits are placed only after a stringent verification process and due approval from Clients.

Notes:

The payment to be made to employees should include statutory dues like Minimum Wages, Provident Fund, E.S.I., and Bonus

The above is inclusive of 2 (number of) visits by our office based teams per month.

For attendance purposes the month will be counted from the 1st to the 30th.

The billshall be raised on the last day of every month and payment made to us on or before the 5th day of the month

All salaries shall be disbursed through‘Pay Direct Cards’or employees own bank accounts on the 1st. Salary to outsourced employees will only be disbursed on receipt of payment from the Client.

GST Tax shall be charged extra as Govt. Norms.

Payment by CLIENT for the services shall be a fundamental obligation under this agreement.

In the event of increase in costs caused by any revision in statutory charges, it is understood that subsequent invoices raised would automatically incorporate the new levies

Only the payments and payroll benefits as agreed between us will be paid to the outsourced employees. All other payments whether imposed by legislation or by negotiation will be added to the CTC along with agency commission and taxes added thereto.

The Minimum wages of worker will change as and when the Govt revised the rate

For Temp staffing:

  • In consideration of providing the said service our Blue Collar division /Temp Staffing named “City Job Servivces.”will take care of all the hiring and compliances in accordance with the terms under this agreement, you agree to pay, and compensate us the amounts and upon terms and conditions set out herein below:

Commercials:

  • Sourcing Fee 1,000/- only.
  • Management Fees: Payroll Processing, HR Services, Statutory Obligations, F&F, Settlement, (Salary, Overtime, Incentive, Notice Pay, Performance Bonus & any other Salary Income) @ 10%.
  • Registration Fee (One Time) for every new joining waived as a special case.
  • Absorption/ Transfer Fees 5% of annual CTC per associates

For Permanent Recruitment Charges:

For Permanent Recruitment:

  • 8.33% of Annual CTC.
  • A GST as applicable is to be charged on the invoice, as per notifications given by the Government of India.
  • The payment will be made within 15 days of the candidate joining the COMPANY .
  • In case the candidate leaves the job within 30 Days, we will provide one time replacement without any charges
